How do I invite someone to my Household?
An Admin can share an Invite Link or Join Code. The person signs in with their own account to join.
Can someone be included without an account?
Yes. An Admin can add a Managed Member. They appear in the Household but cannot sign in or make changes.
Can I belong to more than one Household?
Each account can have one active Household membership. You can leave it before creating or joining another.
Can I schedule repeating household tasks?
Bills, cleaning, maintenance and household events support recurring schedules.
What happens to shopping items I have not bought?
Unbought items carry forward into the next week. Items you mark bought stay with their original week.
Where can I change my account details?
Open Settings in the Sama app to manage your display name, language and account.
Can I use Sama on this website?
Household plans, meals and shopping are managed in the Sama mobile app.
Does Sama pay my bills?
You can track bills and mark them Paid. Make payments through your usual payment method.
Do meal plans create a shopping list?
Meals and Shopping are separate. Add the items you need to the shared shopping list.
